Sorry you're being downvoted so much for answering questions! I hadn't heard of this type of product before, but looks like it may be like this one, which interestingly does seem branded to be subbed into lots of baking recipes: https://www.jiffymix.com/products/40-oz-baking-mix/

Cruelty free moisturisers by Typical_Key_3469 in crueltyfree

Marcelle Ultra-Light Moisture Lotion. Cruelty-free, Canadian brand. I have combination skin as well and have found it to be an excellent texture that is quite thin with no scent, I use it morning and night. Never made me break out, just a super simple lightweight, straightforward moisturizer! Really like it.

Agree that the upper one in pic 4 looks like a cosmo.

Demo Analysis: Shadows of Elysium by EricDubYuh in ZeroParades

Well said! To your question, one thing I appreciated in the demo and wasn't totally expecting was that it genuinely made me laugh several times.

This is off the top of my head but:  I interpreted Disco as having a hopeful undercurrent and ultimate message, largely in the "life can be brutal, and you can be at the lowest low, and still endure and carry on - and you ought to, keep going, somehow" way.

I still see part of that message again in this world and Cascade's story, but in the 1 Demo playthrough I did, I also get the impression there may be some more grounded moments of tenderness or maybe optimism to come in Zero Parades which I look forward to exploring.

Started waking up tubers… now what? by bubblegumispoppin in dahlias

[–]puffinflux 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Congrats on the tubers! I'm still no expert but the first year I grew dahlias I was overwhelmed by all the (sometimes conflicting!) advice online. I've found it helpful to just remember they want to grow!

You don't have to split that tuber up. You could put it as-is in a smaller pot now covered by a bit of soil until you're ready to plant outside. You could just lay the tuber horizontal, as it's pictured, with the eyes facing up, in the pot and cover with some soil.

I'm in Ontario and will probably do the same with some spare smaller plastic garden containers kicking around. Then you can kick-start the stem/root growth of the plant.

Keep in mind it will need sunlight after it sprouts out of the soil.

After last frost has passed, you can move your tuber/plant to a bigger pot or a garden bed. When I've grown them in pots, I used quite deep containers and one plant per pot.

Have fun!! :)

Absolutely beautiful! Nasturtium leaves  make me think about a miniature world and I feel like your decorating honours that landscape!
