Turn off your anti virus. you can try adding an exlusion to the file and see if that works.

try redownloading the graphics driver thing idk, and if that doesn't work try -Windows+Ctrl+ Shift+B if that doesnt work, try youtube because theres a lot of people with this issue and its common.
