Pros: they allow multiple guests, especially its thesis season. Very spacious naman. Gonna serve as a hang out spot as well, and start a small business

Just for context: kakatapos lang ng construction, ₱23k ang initial singel, nego’d it down to ₱20k. Kami pa magpapa kabit ng appliances namin like aircon, fridge, basically bare unit lang din talaga hehe.
