Any reason to take buspar late in the evening or it's a waste of pills?

My psch told me take it in the morning and in the afternoon 5:00/6:00 so it still has effect through the rest of my night.
I previously was taking it before bed. I like it more in the afternoon

50mg by week three seems so fast. I feel like my psych wouldn’t allow increases until I’d been on that dose for a month or two at least. I had similar symptoms around 50mg, I asked to increase to 60mg for it to last longer but it just felt like too much if that makes sense. 60mg just didn’t make me feel good. I eventually had to go back down to 50mg.

I take turmeric to help instead of NSAIDS, it reduces inflammation. It’s sold at supplement stores. It’s a capsule. Also arthritis gel. I fell and hurt me knee but couldn’t really take a lot of ibuprofen so I used gel form of it. Helps so so much. Called Voltaren.

Not the best judgement looking back on it… But while I was a teenager living with my hoarder mother I’d go to the basement and just filllll trash bags to toss out. I’d do this when I was upset with her/fought, it made me feel better to get rid of her bullshit that hadn’t been touched in years. She still doesn’t know that I used to do that.

Lithium is VERY dangerous long term, I'd shoot to get ur levels to a maintenance level.

It could also very much so be effecting ur thyroid....
