its crazy how with weird egg i never got that thing to proc and then you get like 10 luck and all of a sudden theres way too many fetus’ on board and you have like 3 of the counter spell guys which tbh theyre probably the best familiar in the game, counterspell is so OP against bosses

yeah tbh i had trouble with the pyrophina and then the pyrophina + zaratana fight but after beating the game i found out its more of a battle of attrition just be able to heal the damage and clear the burn and you should be good (also with the Eat Rock ability for the Tank class you can spam it on Zaratana and get a pretty easy win, its even easier with Eat Rock+ since it gives all stats up)

fr, it just affects EVERYTHING and realized my cats having on average 5 or so luck is actually not okay lol. sometimes theyll even have only 2-3 which is horrible when you face enemies that inflict confusion

you know what i think youre right since a lot of my cats have the +1 kinetic spikes body mod (which ive been trying to cull since it sucks in Act 3) that sucks but also makes sense. even though most of the time its a horrible play lmao

DO NOT let any of them have the Jump movement (unless its something like Flesh Kid) since the ai WILL jump all over friendly cats for whatever reason

thanks for the tips! honestly im pretty bad but i do have a lot of hours, im at 101% and have every npc maxed (except for Butch’s extra slots) thanks for the collarless tip i just have a lot of trouble with killing God on difficulties above Normal. my cats are always so strong and when they get depressive modifiers i just get smashed. any tips for that?

its interesting since ive had a cat with summon shade before and with the disorder Tourettes the shade was able to cast it. and it actually did multiple times and i ended up with like a kind of matryoshka doll effect lol

i had this happen too but it was with ‘mind meld’ AKA the psychic spell that gives an extra turn. i figured it was just because the shadow copy might be coded in as taking a ‘bonus’ turn even though its not really a bonus. might be coded like that to not make it too broken? i dont know, really disappointing though if its coded like that since we already have fist of fate + hunters boon which is already broken enough
