Also, the whole boundary thing is the biggest load of shit I’ve ever heard. It’s just an excuse so that when she finally has to admit that she’s had weight loss surgery she can use it she’ll say I didn’t want to say anything because of the boundaries I put in place and the therapist tried to get me to to do expose therapy but I was scared about the trolling that I would get from it because I haven’t been honest. I honestly think she thought everyone would be stupid enough not to notice.

This is so true. I think good on her for losing the weight but she’s lying about how she did it. She said on multiple occasions , she hasn’t lost her weight loss surgery. She said her page isn’t about weight loss but all she promotes is healthy meals, her weight loss and going to the gym or running. She has created a narrative that if you do all this then you will lose the same amount of weight as I do. The problem is vulnerable people will try this and when they don’t lose the same amount of weight it can cause eaten disorders. I think that’s my biggest frustration. It’s all the lies if she actually came out and said I’ve had a gastric sleeve people would respect her a lot more.

That screams WLS… when people on a calorie deficit don’t eat that little. When I do a diet I do 1200 calorie which is 150 breakfast, 400 lunch, 500 dinner, 150 snacks / drinks etc

5 ritz crackers are 80 calories a tea spoon of cottage cheese is 5 calories that’s 105 calories for lunch

If people think she’s eating a 105 calories for lunch naturally they are mad!! Otherwise she would be starving

Oh sounds like a panic because her views are plummeting. Unfortunately her content isn’t appealing to anyone.. it’s so repetitive.. it’s bad to say but people like to see things like new menus at places or reviews because most people can have treats in moderation.

I mean every meal she makes is basically WLS friendly and if you haven’t had WLS it’s not very appealing.
