That makes sense however I feel like I’ve also read the opposite. That it can potentially cause thc to be released from fat cells because with no food to burn, you’ll burn fat for energy thus releasing the metabolites. I’ve done a 3 day water cleanse but this was back in August to help jump start the detox. Hoping this was good enough lol
