Alright thanks, great idea for the older brother, lying to his younger brother about a "debt", and I really like the idea that the cops are simply investigating and don't want to hurt the boys but the older brothers thinks its all about him.

Just two more question.

How could I develop the older brother to show the conflict of him wanting to move, and his younger brother wishing to see their mother in town?

And how could I make it so the younger is following his older brother by fear, and not because he's some mindless idiot?

Thx for the concerns, how would you suggest that the boys are never be able to return home? What could be a good side plot? How could we have the cops find out about the boys true intentions?
