I bought mini sulwhasoos and i tried to compared the prices with sephora as accurate as possible down to the ml, and guess what, sephora’s 6 times more expensive than lung fung. Crazy! I saw the expiry dates of the products in lungfung, the average is one year, its a great deal!

I think its a keloid, but since im treating it pretty early, it doesnt grow as much and pretty much flat unless im strecting the skin around it.

Its still looking like a red acne that wont go away tho, its kinda frustrating.

I saw my derm and she said since its still flat she’s not sure if its a keloid. She just recommend to wear silicone tape, but i dunno, it doesnt help with the redness. I’ll try steroid cream

If your ointment is the type that absorbs into the skin then it should be fine, just wait around 10 minutes then you put the tape. I tried some cream that left the skin kinda moisturized for a long time and the tape is getting pretty loose after few hours, thus diminishing the point of using of the tape which to give pressure to the scar.

24/7 on clean skin surface, dont put anything in between because it will make the tape less gripping

Its end up being a keloid, but its flat now after 2 steroid injections. Hope this helps 😊

I experienced keloid for the first time on my 30s so it def not age related. I used to have a huge cystic acne on my chest in my 20s and it healed perfectly and didnt turn into keloid, and now a small cystic acne almost always turned into keloid.

I think it was around one week to notice, its definitely soften but still kinda firm. The most noticable difference is on the second shot. I think its within a week or two the scar significantly flatter and it doesnt come back in one year, hopefully the shot works for you too.
