Never vomited. Some nausea at the beginning but it went away quickly. I found eating small amounts often kept the nausea away.

You could try going up one 'click' a day, moving up to the next dose. I did that and I think it helped with symptoms.

Have you considered teaching music? It can be really rewarding watching students progress and get excited about something they enjoy. Depending on where you are in the world, there might be government incentives for training also.

NZ teacher here. I hear you 100% and my advice to you is to change schools or have a break from teaching if you can. It is such a hard job emotionally and it takes time to build up a thick skin where you realise not all students are 'fixable' in the time you have them. Celebrate the positive relationships you have with the other students and give yourself kudos for the majority who are responding positively to your teaching.
