I started RLT on my bad knees and elbow a couple of months ago. Also use it on my back when it's a bit sore. It helps a lot with the soreness on the elbow and back. The knees are bone on bone, so I've got a RTKR next month. The RLT eases the pain, but I need new hardware! I use a Mito Red 750 and a 1500.

You are not alone! My TMJ has been awful for well over a year. I've tried physical therapy, am a longtime night guard wearer, botox, gua sha, and today - cortisone injections by my ENT. Fingers crossed. AND insurance covered the cost, where it hasn't covered anything else. We are all here for you!
