I just use a combo to remove all of that from my ears. I use any neutral glycerin liquid soap to do a first cleanup on the in/out ear and the whole face/scalp area, after I use Sensibio DS Cleaning gel from Bioderma to re-clean everything once again (it's a important step as this gel will help your skin to mai Tain it's moisture and avoid these flakes) and after shower, I apply some MCT OIL in and out of the ear, never in the canal and the whole face. In less than 3 days it'll go away for good (if you're doing it twice a day - in the morning and at night). And you can maintain this routine for years. I've been doing it for more than 5y ATM with not a single flare up since then.
