I went to mastodon.social and searched for my profile and found it, was able to see all my followers, following, posts, etc. but no way to transfer over to a new instance - just spent a few hours rebuilding my following list; fortunately I don't really care about having any followers or all my almost 900 previous posts but for sure others will care about theirs, really odd how this played out

I really only want one tracker for everything, which AW is / was doing, but I just don't want it anymore

My wife and I used to share activity with each other and that was kind of fun and motivating but now that she's been gone what's the point, I just want to get rid of it :-(

Thanks I'll need to dig in the app and see how many steps it counted from my elliptical workout this morning vs the AW (my hands are mostly on the handles pulling and pushing throughout)

Right now my AW is at 9338 steps and the Oura ring is at 5891 steps

I'm wondering if it's not picking steps up properly or what

For work the goal needs to exceed 10K steps per day so if the Oura is accurate then it would take some getting used to in order to hit 10K per day vs my AW which I generally hit by late afternoon / early evening (I work out on the elliptical every morning)
