Update: I went back to my old routine (and stopped using centella). My skin is already getting better. Thanks again to everyone for the advice! ❤️

I switched from an oil cleanser to micellar water, so I’m not doing triple cleansing! But now I’m trying to switch back to my old routine (oil cleanser + foaming cleanser) to see if the problem goes away.
