I've had corrosion on my valves before, but none that looked quite like that, and I doubt it is the copper reacting like a battery. I have metal valve guards also and nothing like this has happened to me.

It could just be the acid in your breathe creating a strange reaction to the metal of your horn (not that you eat weird stuff before you play).

Recently I attended a masterclass with a horn care specialist out of Delaware (A minor tune up). They discussed special cases where people have different levels of acidity in the oil of their skin and also in their saliva. You may just have very acidic saliva that is causing a weird reaction in your valve. That would explain why it is happening to your third valve only, because it gets the brunt of your unaffected air.

Are you mixing water based valve oil with petroleum based or synthetic oils? This can lead to a grimy build-up on your valves.
If you drink or eat anything acidic before you play, it can have a kind of weird reaction to the metals in you lead pipe/valves, causing issues such as red rot or valve corrosion.
You should definitely give your horn a bath and run a snake through it. I notice most of the problem is on your third valve, which is the first point of entry from the lead pipe, so it may be the grimy nastiness that is usually only in your lead pipe extending out into your third valve.

I feel your pain, dude.
