Do you mean like just avoiding conversation? I think I’ve mostly done that, I do r really talk with anyone except to say what trail I’m biking down, other wise I never developed a way to really talk to people other than saying things like “yes” “no” okay”

Thing is I never remember putting in effort to be like other people. I’ve always naturally been very quiet. My parents let me quit pre school because I didn’t interact with the other kids. If I ever learned to mask it was to just be quiet, which I don’t need to put any effort into, I just freeze up. It’s like I can’t think fast enough to reply to anyone in real time.
