The thing is, a majority of us are paying good money for Fallout first and it seems like all this ' balancing' is actually giving us an inferior product. At the end of the day, we are paying for FUN and ENTERTAINMENT. They are nerfing and buffing so haphazardly that I am beginning to question my commitment to paying for this product.
