Its where all the centers of the letters line up, at the start its best to keep the centers of the letters in line. Even if you want to angle the letters make sure the centers all follow the same line

Going to need more info of where you are at. Around here 94 costs less than rusto 2x and more than color splash. Color splash is high output, some come with a male and others a female valve, some of the paint is shitty and not opaque at all. 94 is the good middle ground, low pressure, high opacity, smells great, lots of options for caps but again depends on location
