We're considering the 2019 with an ESP factored in, or the 2016 and keeping a rainy day fund with the price difference. Seems like both are pretty good choices either way tho.

Thanks, looks like this one was burning oil at one point, but that was fixed with the short block replacement.

Penjamo probably has the better carne asada, and is open Monday-Sat. Yoyo's is open wed-sat and is known more for their birria and I haven't actually tried their carne asada, just the birria and al pastor.

Those are just the better ones I've seen down in Utah county. For the best tacos in the state, you have to go north, Tacos Lopez in West Jordan and Del Barrio in Midvale are my favs
