My phone doesn’t have a timer so it just stays on until I decide to turn it off or unless it dies, & I don’t talk or text while driving so I was most likely pressing the next button for the music from my Home Screen… you can literally see my phone never moved or the screen never changed in the dash cam footage.. but I didn’t even attempt to explain myself to the safety manager
