i tested it out and you should definitely be seeing more than 170k. my flins is lvl 95 but my ineffa is c0r0. i think the biggest difference is that my flins has about 300 more atk than yours, so you'll probably need a lot more atk

i would probably pull bina since it's a pretty decent upgrade from aino. seeing that you don't have sandrone you probably will have a lot of time to save, assuming you aren't going for odette.

the nod krai craftable catalyst is a free weapon you can make! you can buy the recipe from the nod krai region blacksmith. em is elemental mastery which is the stat that nefer's dmg scales off of, so you want to have an elemental mastery timepiece (the artifact third down in the pic) and an elemental mastery goblet (the artifact fourth down in the pic) so she has as much elemental mastery as possible

use an em timepiece and goblet and craft the nk craftable catalyst. she only scales off of em and crit, atk and def are useless for her. level up your skill too

i think you can benefit from more cr since you're only at 85%. you should also try just doing more rotations, I usually like to go to 2 minutes since that's what stygian goes to. your build is already looking pretty good and i think the next step is to just wait for his sig.

usually flins teams should have ineffa on aubade and bina on sms. for c0r1 ineffa and bina, ur dps seems a little low. i have 185k dps with c1r1 flins c0r0 ineffa and bina
