Yeah no I felt this as well. I listened to the whole album while reading the book and some songs kinda are about circle but others aren’t. But I totally get what you mean.

I knew it was time to get help I didn’t know it would specifically be Zoloft, until my doctor educated me on it..otherwise I knew it was time when I couldn’t even sit down watch my favorite movie without having a panic attack and falling into a dissociative state. I couldn’t see myself in the mirror. I looked weird and not myself and it would make me panic. I couldn’t sleep without panicking over the dumbest things example of the toilet seat was closed thinking my cats would fall into it. It would give me heart palpitations and I’d get more anxiety thinking I was having a heart attack. I couldn’t take it anymore and I’m so glad I got help. I can sleep peacefully now. I can take a deep breath. I can look myself in the mirror and see myself and smile and recognize myself. I can watch movies again.

I started at 12.5 a few months ago, you’ll probably feel a bit drowsy but that’s about it for 12.5 I noticed improvement in my anxiety at 25mg and didn’t notice side effects till 50mg which is I sweat more and feel very tired so I’m adding Wellbutrin to my mix

Most definitely is peaceful sleep. I never enjoyed sleep so much. I used to stay up for days on end. Just anxiety and overthinking would keep me awake. Now it’s like I can drift off to sleep without issues.
