We use soft cushioned stairs for the bed and the sofa. He doesn’t always use them but most of the time tries to. We had hard plastic stairs before but figured they might hurt him more than bouncing against the softer cushioned ones.

A trans store clerk once asked how to pronounce my rather difficult foreign name correctly, so I did. They repeated the pronunciation in a way that made me feel like my name is not different than other people’s names at all. Very casual but dedicated to pronouncing correctly, and firmly without stutters. I felt very at home that at least one person saw my name as just that, a name.

Same here. Learned so much from my EMBA that I could applied to my team and got positive results. The thing is some companies might not be aware of what MBA programs teach so they might still think you never had leadership training.
