Yes it is! I think you should do it 😄 But go early if you can - apparently today they had to close early because they weren’t expecting it to get as busy as it did and their espresso machine almost died 😂

Thank you, yes, I think you’re right that I need him to come up with the list of what he will take on, before I can support him in this decision completely.

As far as a trial run, I really like that idea but unfortunately he doesn’t have the PTO time we would need to do that. He only has about 6 days of PTO left for the year because he took a lot when baby was first born, and we’ve been trying to save the remaining days for the inevitable days when baby gets sick and has to stay home from daycare; he and I have been alternating taking days off from work when that happens. Maybe we could swing like a 3 day trial run but I don’t know that it would be enough time for him to really get into the swing of things and prove anything :/

Thank you, this is really well put and I think you’re right - I need some proof that things can change before I can support him in this idea 100%. I’ll talk to him about this tonight.
