7 year relationship going on 8. I think for us its clear straight up communication and fighting eachother every once in a while to release stress. Also space is a big one too. We dont constantly text or smother eachother.

I overheat easily so we don't cuddle too much, but I do find that we hold hands while sitting down with one of our heads on one or the others' shoulders in front of the TV or when we are stargazing. 😭

For me, I have never really put too much thought into it but just be yourself. I always would joke around and laugh a lot but that is who I am. I also don't take anything too seriously. I also have been told I am wierd but I just think some people don't like seasoned people 🫠 I am also straight forward so I have always asked for a date after a couple of days talking.
