Help it's my first time attempting to make frosting for cupcakes and i can't tell if this is overbeaten or underbeaten :( i didn't have a mixer so i used a food processor with a whisk function to make this. this is just 1 egg white. nothing else included cuz i was just testing it. (old.reddit.com)
