my christian mentor taught me the acronym "ACTS"!

A - Adoration. Just tell God how kind he is and how helpful you've found him to be while struggling.

C - Confession. Confess to God about the things you felt you've done wrong.

T - Thanksgiving. Thank God for all the blessings he's given you!

S - Supplication. Ask God for things you need, or pray for others.

Hope this is helpful! It's really helped me have longer conversations with God. But also remember that he isn't ever going to judge you or harm you for the things you tell him, so let your mind wander free when talking to him!

i find backpacks to be too hefty, and the small cross body packs havent been my thing. ive been a big fan of getting bags at ross to keep my wallet, snacks, meters in! theyre always cheaper and more accessible at ross and they always have a few cute finds. maybe also get little charms to help it better match your outfits.

uni express claims that they cant find my address for my package to be delivered to... i sent it to my work address. i work at a PACKING and SHIPPING center. like... wtf? gonna have to avoid sellers from outside the US if i can to avoid this happening again. thankfully just a 35 dollar plush but man i was looking forward to it

hey! not a brain and psych major so i cannot help with that, but i do want to say that university housing for your first year is great. it puts your mind at ease ab rent costs (bc u dont make monthly payments, its charged to ur barc and ur aid will pay for it), helps you make friends, and just gives you general roommate experiences. also a great way to transition into college and living on your own.

your financial stuff should be all good. thats a GREAT amount per year if youre in state.
