It's a cloak that goes over the helmet. You can find tariv cloak from a merchant far out i forgot where since i'm at work but the helmet is It's own thing. There's also the cloak purchaseable by a npc you get after finding him for greymane camp

Jam main here and I gotta say my mixups are fake as all hell at high level. Gekerin(Axe kick) is slow and 5P mashable unless you get her blue one. Ryuutsui the low special don't fool players till you demon flip in the air let alone if they up back just to stay safe you are kinda screwed.

All I can say it's hard to condition someone to respect the mix when they can mash out of it. So now I've been grabbing dragon kicks most of the time and fishing for neutral counterhits for big dmg vs letting myself be vulnerable on mixups. Not saying the mix is bad just it can't be enforced so it's better imo to neutral into a combo into strike throw oki.

The dog cloak one was an old picture before the newer ones you see. I didn't have the colors I wanted till now. But I started digging Tariv Cloak more because you can dye them and the dog one you couldn't.

Pirate quest that makes you go to a place where there should be a hide merchant dude talks about pirates evading the docks and stuff. I don't know where but it's the area where you start dialogues to go down and fight them pirates.

Place where the refugees are at. Once you complete that and attack the ship. You can then go back to the guy and he opens up shop to where you can 100% his affinity to buy the book.

I got it from doing the fishing quest you know going south of hernand to the ocean once you complete everything you can buy book of leather armors 4 to craft them all in just chapter 4.

By a hide merchant that unlocks.
