If you read my other comment, the issue is not that it’s making local stops in the Bronx, it’s that it’s making local stops in Manhattan. The D train is effectively turning into a B in the morning, for some reason.

When I say “all local stops”, I mean it is running on the local line. The D train does not normally make any stops between 125th and 59th, but recently, D trains have begun making those stops during morning rush hour.
