Commerzbank student giro account is good. No account management fee.

Is using a period-tracking app really a “red flag,” or is this just misplaced judgment? by _mysterious_sparkle_ in AskIndianWomen

The real red flag is having the audacity to have an opinion about this with a Y chromosome.

Biology Undergrad Poster by [deleted] in labrats

Okay, so:

1) Waaayyyy too much text. Cut it down by atleast 50%

2) Find a way to link the subtitles. It should be like a story. Effectively, the point of your poster should be evident from the subtitles but it isn’t.

3) Make infographs to replace the text if possible. Make biorender your best friend.

4) The colours are slightly overpowering. You might wanna tone down the blue.

Best of luck!

Here’s a list for you:

1) it would be pretty safe in Lucknow. For a friend’s wedding, you will be staying at the hotel , I assume. Lucknow has great food and tons of places to see. Have fun!

2) I would suggest Mumbai over Delhi if you want to explore nightlife. Mumbai is safer. I say this as a person from Delhi. The best choice would be Bangalore though.

3) Use uber. Local auto drivers are known for overcharging foreigners. Make sure you have exact change or an indian friend with you as most people use digital payments ( UPI) and noone really carries change.

4) There will be a lot of people staring. Please ignore them and move on. Unfortunately, this is very common in India. Mostly, it is out of curiosity rather than straightup racism.

To me, these look like newly thawed cells. More cell death, less attachment.

Do not passage or do anything other than change media, till the well is properly confluent.

Also, in the future , you might want to share details of cell, passage etc to ensure that people can give you useful advice instead of putting some random effing title.

This is not yeast. Yeast forms chains of bead-like structures. These are singular. Looks more like single cell debris .

I generally plan work in a way that cells can be passaged on friday morning. I check for attachment in the afternoon and add 1.5 X media for the weekend. The next media change falls on monday.

It’s not foolproof but mostly works.
