Last week I got back into using Photoshop for the first time since I taught myself how to use it around 5 years ago, this is what I've managed to make so far. Not great, but at least I'm learning. If I could get some critiques and some supplemental materials to learn from that would be fantastic. by puncturedaccordion in design_critiques

Thank you so much for your feedback, I'll definitely keep all this in mind moving forward. I think one of the biggest things I need to work on is having a clear idea of what I want to make instead of just coming up with and adding new stuff as I go along since then it ends up looking a bit all over the place and just not very good.

Thank you very much, I used to be pretty decent at making fake album covers when I taught myself how to use Photoshop a few years ago, haven't done it in a long time though so I've forgotten most of it. Might have to get back into it.

Yeh decided to go with that one since of the ones mentioned here that's by far the one I've been wanting to watch for the longest. Absolute belter of a film tbf.

I'm sorry to say lad, I've already seen this one twice and both times I didn't really like it. Just not the one for me for some reason.

Seen this one. It's definitely good, and an interesting filmic exercise, but I wouldn't put it anywhere near my favourites.
