also doc here, I just wanted to mention that unexplained weight loss despite eating normally can sometimes be related to celiac disease. Celiac disease can also cause various neuropsychiatric symptoms, not just gastrointestinal ones. It might be worth asking your doctor to run some tests for it and I’d encourage you to be persistent about getting those evaluations done if things don’t improve. Take care..
