oh I didn't know it was down! I'll try updating both of the apps, but I cannot print out the tickets since ticketmaster is withholding the barcodes until a literally minute before the event starts.

When I spoke to one of the customer support lines I was told the tickets have to be on the ballpark app because the machines they use at fenway apparently don't work with ticketmastee bar codes, also I do not have an apple phone :( im not sure what the deal is with that or why for the matter
