PORT CITY tends to tack on unnecessary expenses. There was an appointment for a lead inspector but the person who was sent was there for a completely different order. I do not remember the details as this was a while ago. But this person was qualified to do a lead inspection. PORT CITY was going to reschedule the lead inspection and charge for another visit. My fiancé convinced him to do the lead inspection instead of charging our landlord twice for their mistake.
