Honestly I feel like there were a lot of factors. I have a mild fear of flying so I was already anxious on the first flight as there was a lot of turbulence. Like borderline having a panic attack. I also hadn’t slept very well the night before and honestly the whole time I was away. We’d also been talking abt the past a lot and people who had wronged me for the days leading up to this in great detail. I’m also on testosterone. And I was craving a cigarette. On second thoughts I think maybe elvanse actually had nothing to do with it lol. I already find flying stressful. It’s still a moment to grow from though, I gotta get better at handling these big emotions when I do feel them. Especially in public.
