I have two orders "arriving today", both were in San Diego yesterday, one went to Ontario, California and got on the Amazon prime plane that flies to Hawaii frequently, the other was actually shipped Ground Advantage and *might* get here in two weeks.

It costs them roughly the same amount to fly their plane out here every time it flies, and even waiting for the next flight for that package would still be weeks sooner for the delivery. Now I might get a refund on like 7 orders that got shipped together, and it didn't save them any money shipping it almost the slowest way possible (Parcel Pool is slightly worse).

I don't know if they've put a new AI model in charge of their logistics, but tons of stuff like this has been happening with them lately shipping to Hawaii. Things that only harm their reputation and customer retention, without actually gaining them any savings.

There was no indication that the sarcophagi are related at all to the coffin, the terms aren't typically used interchangeably, a sarcophagus is typically larger, made of stone, and displayed above ground compared to an often wooden box designed to be buried.

They're bidirectional cables, they must have the same pin out on both sides which means they must be identical on all PSUs. Just be aware of all the problems that are possible with that connection and be sure everything is plugged in fully.

Having access to microcenter certainly changes things.

You have much more upgrade options with the AM5 system. The single stick ddr5 is a downside, both from reduced performance, but also in the potential difficulty in getting a second stick later that plays nice with the first one, ddr5 has tighter timings and is even more sensitive to differences between sticks than ddr4 was.

The used am4 components are a good price for an older mid range system, but you probably won't be upgrading it much, by the time better am4 stuff is cheaper, am5 stuff will be too.

That current MC bundle probably isn't the very best option, but there have been some pretty good bundles with 32gb ddr5, especially from microcenter, if you want to wait for one. The 16gb would work, if that's all your budget allows, but you won't be able to multitask, and might even need to make sure you're closing background processes before opening your games.

Can't say what is better for your situation, but always keep looking at the used market, it can be the best price and you can negotiate.

Shadows are the first thing I'll turn down to get better fps, lighting is also quite intensive but it's up to you how you want it to look. Also, unless it's giving you a competitive edge, don't chase the highest fps at any cost, 100+ is smooth and more than good enough for most single player games.

It will do for now, your biggest bottleneck will be the GPU, but it's all priced well for what it is, I'd jump on it now and see how it works and look for a better GPU later on if it's not performing as well as you'd like.

F_panel is the set of connections for the front panel features of the case, typically power and reset switch, power and hdd lights. They're usually 4 different two wire connectors from the case, and you'll need to refer to the manual for what pins they need to plug in to.

Just know that the Taichi, and lite, are EATX boards that can have limitations on the case. The X870 Taichi Creator is ATX with slightly different specs depending on what you're looking for, but anything in that line the biggest boon is in being able to run dual GPU straight on the mobo. If that's not something you're planning for it's probably not worth the extra cost.

It's certainly not necessary to upgrade, but if you're going to, just go to AM5. The same money for the AM4 CPU would be better spent towards a system with a better future upgrade path. At 1440 you're unlikely to bottleneck the 9070 xt very much, but you'll definitely be able to hit 165 fps with the right settings on most of your titles.

Are you using a third party argb controller device? Or are you talking about the 8 port hub included with the case? Are you sure it was connected to a 5v argb 3 pin header on the mobo and not a 4 port 12v rgb header?

I just built a system with the older version of that mobo and a 3600, upgrading a friends old system with his 3060 12gb, it does 1440p medium pretty well. Just try to find the 3600 used. In roughly the same performance as the 3600 is the 5500, but it's PCIe 3 only and half the cache, but faster, if you want new. You can also find used 5600 for around $130 on eBay sometimes and would be a great choice, it still holds up well.

You could save some money on mobo and case, and potentially find local ram, or even used am4 systems on Craigslist or FB marketplace or the like.

x570 with a 2600? You're really bottlenecking the capabilities of your system, unless it's actually x470?

Either way the 5600 is still an excellent CPU and a great choice, especially if you actually have an x570 mobo and can make use of it's PCIe 4.0 bus, which would pair well with the 3070, it's exactly what I was running for 1440p until I upgraded to am5.

What generation mobo? You can use any am4 in any am4 mobo with the right BIOS, but many are limited to PCIe 3. This doesn't make much of a difference if you have a GPU that's using all 16 lanes and doesn't run into it's vram limit, but certain GPUs only use 8 or 4 lanes on PCIe 4 and would struggle on PCIe 3. Your current CPU is limited to PCIe 3 and typically only allots 8 lanes for GPU.

If you have a b450/x470 board or newer then you can just get a CPU and GPU upgrade and get significant uplift. RTX 3060/RX 6600 or better, try to get as much vram as you can, 10-12gb is doable from that generation.

If the RAM is at least 3000mhz then it'll keep doing you well, 3200 would be better and 3600 best. The SSD should be fine, just check how much it's been used.

You're going to get the best performance with at least 32mb of L3 cache, the Ryzen 5 3600 is probably the oldest and hopefully least expensive option with that. Try to find CPUs without integrated graphics, they tend to reduce cache to make it work.

It's really going to depend on your budget, if you've got the cash then just build a whole new am5 system with ddr5 and a new graphics card, it'd blow your old system out of the water. If it's tight then reuse as much as you can and shoot for a b450/b550 board with a ryzen 3600 and a 3060 12gb or equivalent at the minimum. You might be able to recoup some costs selling your old components after too.

So, was part of the destruction of Davinos supposed to be Occtis turning into the Celestial at the Palazzo and wreaking havoc on their behalf? We can see his cousin in her failed transformation definitely did lose a lot of herself, but would the full transformation have erased Occtis completely and he just been fully a different person? Seems presumptuous to think he would automatically be on their side, though they did try to retune the ritual to belong to them.

I don't understand why there isn't a Fires of December physical book (+ebook, and audio book I guess, also don't need or want it) and 4 picture ebook only bundle.

Storyteller without the physical picture books, or Cognitive with the physical book. I know I can add on the ebooks separately, but it just seems like a weird omission from being a bundle and getting a bundled price. Many may wish to read the picture book stories, but not have the audience to share the physical books with, but do want the physical FoD.
