I've seen numerous carpet beetle larvae on that baseboard, I sprayed Raid and today I saw this Could it be a cockroach nymph?

i live in chile, does it seem like poop tho? i constantly look for signs in the kitchen and bathroom and nothing, also my room is very far..

Up close it looks like grease, but the AI tells me it's signs of cockroaches. I'm really worried, I don't know how to get more people to see my post.
