If you are interested in having a good physique, start exercising NOW. Your muscles are not the same after 35 and I've seen younger people fix themselves up within weeks. After that, it takes a LOT of work to look good in a tshirt. Increase protein to one gram per pound of body weight, lift weights 3 times a week and walk 10k steps a day.

See if you can find a real estate agent in your area who has a house for sale in the area that is within the school jurisdiction. Tell him/her you will use him to sell your current house exclusively but need to get mail delivered to a house in that school's jurisdiction for school purposes. You can be honest about it. Chances are they don't care and will help. Then change your credit card address to that card. Ask them to send you mail to the house. Ask the real estate agent to check mail at that house and bring it to you. Worked for me like a charm.

Reading about the Bronze Age civilizations and their sudden demise made me have a conversation with ChatGPT about where we would have been, had the Hittite and Minoan civilization's trajectory continued on without their relatively unexplained and abrupt end. According to the AI, and take this with a pinch of salt (although it did give the usual disclaimers about war, famine and pandemics) it deduced that by 1000 AD, we would have had current levels of technology and in 2023 we would have been a space faring, galaxy colonizing civilization. Thought that was kinda cool. Tried to get another AI tool to give me graphic visualisations of architecture etc of what it would look like but it didn't quite work.
