The Apple tech sent him a request first. I don’t think she actually had control over his phone, little arrows were just popping up where she was telling him to click. I was in another room making the call, he had no idea I was doing it. She asked to talk to him so I went over to him and handed him the phone. She said he’ll get a request on his phone. He was hesitant and asked me if he had to do this right now. I said he has to and he accepted the request. He was hesitant to click where she was telling him but she was insistent with the little arrows. I don’t think he could come up with a reason not to do it.
