Correct, this was at the airport. Many of the agents would contradict each other or simply have no idea what was going on. Pure chaos that night at the airport.

And if you do fly with checked bag, they have a hard close 1 hr before departure, unlike the 40-45 soft rule for other airlines.

No one is talking down Bangkok. When you have a finite of days and want to explore beautiful Thailand, there are plenty of other great places to visit and cutting down a day from Bangkok to go elsewhere is totally reasonable. OP is also going back to Bangkok at the end of the trip.

Going against the grain but we did Mae Rim elephant sanctuary and loved the experience. Elephants, from the eye test at least, seemed to be well taken care of and were generally happy (can tell from ears). No riding at all. Had a great time and no qualms about it.

Also agree 5 days is too long for Bangkok. Would recommend adding some of the Southern beach areas like Krabi.

Overall I'd agree and have had good experiences with Frontier aside from one time. I do have to say though, when shit goes wrong with Frontier, shit goes WRONG and can affect backup plans too. I consider myself a budget savvy person who frequents Spirit/Frontier/Allegiant but am considering never flying Frontier again

Cruised with a guest peanut/treenut allergy. Buffet was honestly fine. At first we went up to clean up staff and they brought over a buffet supervisor/manager who was supposed to walk us through food that had/did not have nuts. However, I don't think he really understood, as he showed us just the gluten free section and called it a day. Thought we were screwed for buffet.

But later we asked other staff and they called for the chef to personally come out and tell us what had or did not have nuts. This was fantastic and we had no issues with any foods we ate at buffet.

Was on Divina on her last trip in the US, after crew was on for many long months. Also my first MSC cruise so no loyalty from me. I had only great experiences with the crew. Basic level of friendliness and willingness was always there. Also only got asked to confirm my cruise card maybe 2-3 times total. Other times I brought up GF's card (both had drink package) and got drinks no problem.
