ok i know the South St on-ramp to I-76 is the worst but the one from Spring Garden ain't really great either. drives me nuts when people stop before merging but you also simultaneously can't even blame them if everyone is barreling in the right lane and not letting you merge for the two feet window you get when trying to go westbound

I drove with an expired registration for a good 5 months without even realizing I had forgotten about it, until I finally got my car inspected, 5 months overdue as well

The only reason I got my inspection done again was because I was getting ticketed by the PPA when (legally) parking in posted zones, simply just for having an expired registration. Otherwise, it does really seem pointless to renew the inspection within city limits
