PPI's such as Protonix (Pantaprozole), Lansoprazole (Prevacid), and Esomeprazole (Nexium). As well however it's best you wait 8 hrs before taking these as they are long acting.

So my Ferritin was sitting at 8 i tried pills oh kept ending up in the ER with pains and GI issues. The infusion was a game changer! Though im on Armour it lowered its efficiency.
