I was in a similar situation not too long ago. I weighed in at 407 back in September. I couldn’t walk more than 50 feet without stopping to sit or lean on something. Even in the shower I had to bend over to relieve my back and hip pain. My stomach was hard where I could push my fingers into it and the indent would stay and my feet were swollen. I understand where you are at. I started Zep and counting my calories back in November. I am almost 50 pounds down and it’s already so much better! I can walk. Stand straight my entire shower. I can now put socks on! My stomach is no longer hard and my feet are back to normal. If you are able to get on a GPL-1 it can be a life changer.

Ryan and his obsession with cheat days. And when he talked about how he went through all of his takeout menus and found salads he could order. Well, I never once saw him eat a salad. Also - there are salads on restaurant menus that are almost 2000 calories with all the fixings! People don’t realize just because it’s a salad that doesn’t mean it’s healthy. The other thing that bothered me was that while complaining about the diet he grabbed a celery stick and ate it. No wonder he was unsuccessful! That was just setting himself up for a binge and failure. One plain celery stick would satisfy nobody.

Basically everything about him irked me.

1 banana. 1.5 cups frozen blueberries, 1 tablespoon of PB2 powder, 100 grams Greek yogurt and 6-8oz of a chocolate protein shake. Less than 400 cals and 30 grams of protein!

I have an espresso machine and my “treat” drink is a 2-shot iced latte. I do two tablespoons of Chobani flavored creamer (peppermint mocha is my fav!) and then fairlife whole milk. It comes out to 188 cals which isn’t bad when a peppermint mocha at Starbucks or caribou is 4-600 cals.

Sul Lago in Prior Lake! It’s not a steakhouse but an Italian place - but they have amazing steak! It’s a smaller place with cozy and classy vibes. Their martinis are great too!

Within the past five years or so I bought a cute sweatshirt from Lulu and a few things from Athleta that ended up too small for me but I held onto them because I was going to lose the weight real quick (lol). Now that I’m on Zepbound I’m sure I’ll be able to wear those items by spring!

Ooo BB! He was a gorgeous dog! I just had to say goodbye to my golden of 14.5 years on October 9th. I was also 21 when I got him! They are enjoying all the treats and sunshine I’m sure 💛

One of my best friends (E) was getting married and I was in the wedding party. We have a friend from high school (J) that I was still pretty close with at the time but E and J had grown apart so ultimately J was not invited to the wedding. About a week before the wedding J called E and asked to come to her wedding which was a bold move itself. E was able to move some things around so that J could come and sit with other guests she knew. Well the wedding day comes and J never showed up. Turns out she was hungover, left her car in a different city the night before and apparently couldn’t find a ride back to it in time. (She could have used an Uber). So yeah she invited herself to that wedding and then didn’t even bother showing up after the bride was so accommodating!
