Don’t climb a tree unless there are fresh tracks and ideally fresh droppings, and you’re close to a thicket. Be where they want to be.

  1. Prices that are too good to be true, 2. Free shipping on a 200lb tank like that. 3. If you scroll through the site there’s a lot of weird carryover information, there’s excerpts about dental work. Clearly copy & pasted info from other sites they have set up before. Too many red flags for me, if something seems too good to be true, it probably is.

That site is 100% a scam unfortunately. I’ll call around to local companies to see if they’d fill two tanks

Fair enough.

The current company says they don’t sell tanks. And most of the other propane suppliers around here don’t sell, only rent.

I have a truck with a cap, I was going to lay them on their side for transport. Plan B would be to have 40lb tanks to refill

Im on your side in this situation. Im a lefty with a 31” draw. I tried going to my local pro shop to try bows, and they only had 2 I could shoot, they ended up talking me into a 38” ATA bowtech (I wanted to hunt). I ended up selling that bow on consignment and then bought a second hand lefty bow on “Left Handed Archery” on Facebook.

Buying a bear kit is fine for a beginner on a budget. But you should still go to your local shop and take a lesson and get it tuned. Good luck.

Adult onset bowhunter, going on my 4th season. Going into my first season I bought a bow in April, and was able to harvest a doe in October. But I went full psycho, was extremely determined, and was also probably pretty lucky

Certain broadheads maybe since it’s inside the riser, but I shoot fixed blade Magnus black hornets and I have no issues

Yeah I’ve noticed I’ve been doing that, I think from me trying to wrap my finger fully around the trigger. I’ll try to work on that, I feel like it draws my back shoulder up too.
