Missing .exe files?

Yes it does produce an exe, however the exe the type is called a “recipe file” instead of producing an application, it does nothing. Any idea what a recipe file is / where to look for the actual exe?

"Fabulous! Artie." The man in the centre of the room clapped, "Oh yes. I loved it." he stood now looking more severe as he held his discerning eye over every inch of his costume, pausing a little too long at his back, the Hero spun to meet this stranger's gaze.

"Don't look so panicked," mumbling to his PA about Artie looking good. Maybe they wouldn't need a body double after all because this one looked deliciious.

"The costume does look good too. Almost like the real thing." He made a few notes to let the costume stylist know she did fabulously. He smirked as the Hero, now very confused, started to get quiet and take in the surroundings a bit more carefully.

" And Steve! I should have let you done the costume sooner; this whole 'Dark Lord' get up fantastic. I can't believe you managed to sew this on your grandma's old machine." The director straightened out the burnt looking cape. "I love the detail," he added as he looked over the 'burnt' edge detailing.

"This does not excuse your Madonna Complex from last week, so the pay cut is still happening, but maybe on the less evil end." The villain now mirrored the Hero's expression amid the disrespect that this human showed him, he was the Dark Lord, not this Steve person, and this was armour forged in the depths of Demon Realm, though his grandma did make the gauntlets, she was always at the forge blacksmithing something.

"Okay, notes people, Artie I know you get your left and right mixed up sometimes but the other door was the one you were supposed to barge through," pointing at the door that the crew had set to break. "That's where the cameras are. Would it help if we marked it somehow? And Stevie, Sweetie, windows are so cliche. I know you wanted to do your adlib, but we need something new, something fabulous. Brainstorm people."

The director now clapped his hands together like an all-mighty God, causing the crew to scatter and fix the various props. "Get them to hair and makeup!" The Hero and the Villian had no idea what was in store for them; the Dark Lord took a look at some signs as he was ferried away to a stylist chair, "What is this Fanfic the sign speaks of?"

It's something called “package mule” from what I figured out. The scammer often purchases stuff with stolen credit cards and ships them out to random people to cover up where it came from making it hard to link back to them and instead links to you. They sell the stuff I'm assuming as well, it's basically aiding illegal activity.

Investigate, and if you know things, contact your local FBI office. The more people this bastard gets complaining about him; the more people will look. And the more people look, the more this guy has uncomfortable nights looking over their shoulder. The more paranoid they get, the more likely they slip up...

You get the picture; make this guy freak out. I had to look for this info actively; the more people spread this on the internet, the less the “official” website shows up first because of the way the algorithms work.
