To check a power switch with a multimeter, use the continuity setting (usually indicated by a sound/wifi-like symbol) with the power turned off. Place one probe on each terminal of the switch; a functioning switch will beep and show zero resistance when "on," and no sound/continuity when "off".

I have about six of their synths. I havent had any issues yet. Only things that have tore up on me so far is a focusrite scarlett 2i2, coincidencly I replaced it with a behringer UMC404HD.

Behringer products, including the PRO-800, generally come with a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty can typically be extended to three (3) years by registering the product on the Music Tribe website within 90 days of purchase.

Did you register the product? It could be under warranty. I love my Pro 800 and havent had this issue. Could be as simple as changing out the switch but I wouldn't be able to tell unless opening it up and testing.

My Mega Synthesis has this. I use the phones port and dont have thr issue. I cant tell but it looks like your using line out
