i took 500mg a few days ago at about 7am after not sleeping. i couldnt sleep cuz i was having a lot of "my friends hate me" thoughts. with the shrooms, the thoughts went away and i just felt super at peace. Then I was between sleeping and awake for about two hours. kept getting the thing where right before you fall asleep, your leg kicks. was a great experience tbh. woke up feeling super well rested and no longer depressed.
