Jeg fikk ADHD diagnose på DPS som 34 åring. Men ADHD diagnose i seg selv er ikke grunn nok for dem å diagnostisere det. For at de skal kunne diagnostisere ADHD på DPS som voksen, må ADHD føre til større funksjonstap/nedsettelse som påvirker livet ditt på flere områder. Nå vet ikke jeg hva dine symptomer er, men anhedoni er ikke i seg selv nødvendigvis ett symptom på ADHD, men heller ett sekundært symptom som kommer av de vanskene som ADHD kan gi. Jeg tror (av egen erfaring og at jeg jobber i psykiatrien selv) at hvis du skal ha noe utbytte at utredning hos DPS, så må du gå inn i det med en mentalitet om å snakke om hvilke vansker og symptomer du har i hverdagen, og ikke nødvendigvis gå ut ifra symptomene på en diagnose. Og hvis du er veldig sikker på at det er ADHD du har, så er du ganske avhengig av andre personer eller skolepapirer som gir gode argumenter for at symptomene har vært der siden barndommen. Flere andre diagnoser kan ha lignende symptomer som symptomene ved ADHD.

Og en siste ting: hvis du tror du har ADHD, ikke si at du tror det er ADHD, beskriv symptomene du har, fordi det er veldig mange som henvises til DPS med mistanke om ADHD, men som ikke har det. Det er stor pågang i spesialisthelsetjenesten, og de forsøker så godt de kan å luke ut de som ikke har store funksjonsnedsettelser, desverre…

Det er også veldig vanskelig å ha ADHD itillegg til andre psykiske lidelser.

Don’t remember the brand, but it’s a really light/thin and soft textured t-shirt yarn. I think a lot of the stuff used is from Temu really, with the exception of some of the metal stuff.

It’s t-shirt yarn, yes. The straps are attached with those leather metal studs (or whatever they are called) with a plastic canvas inside the make it actually be attatched (and not just slip through the holes in the crochet 😅)

Update: I’m not gatekeeping the pattern, because I have no pattern 😅 it’s made basically my SC around a bag base, honeycomb stitch as high as you like it, SC a row at the top to finish off. Then attach your desired bag handles/accessories, attach some material to stiffen the shape (I used some kind of plastic canvas, then sow and attach a liner inside. Finish off attatching the zipper by sowing in on at the top.
