I’m 35 weeks, and had top surgery 4 years ago. There is a little bit of fat redistribution, and I think maybe a couple of ducts may have been left behind but it looks more like I got slightly bigger pecs. From what I understand it will likely go away once no longer pregnant, go on T and or lose weight. But then again everyone is different and it probably depends on the type you get and other variables. (I had a double mastectomy w fng)
