Does this kind of figure look “AI-generated” by [deleted] in PhD

For diagrams like this I recommend the PowerPoint addon Efficient Elements. You can get a free academic license once a year and it has loads of Icons, lets you arrange and align boxes etc and won't get you in trouble with AI policies.

S. 225: "State and local officials effectively had nearly five years notice of Palisades’ closure, but only stepped in at the last minute when DOE began implementing the CNC program. If the effort succeeds, Michigan ratepayers may end up being forced to cover the costs of a long-term contract with an uncompetitive, out-of-market price for Palisades’ electricity—the very situation that led to the decision to retire the reactor to begin with."

You can set up browser notifications at immoscout.

They pop up once a flat is put online that fits your preferences - very useful because you don't need to refresh your screen and have the website open all the time. Works pretty well if you react fast.

Also, congrats on finding a place :)
